Qualitative Research Student Presentations
MSc students taking the Qualitative Research: Theory, Methods & Practice module at King's College London were tasked with designing a qualitative research study in the field of mental health. Despite the challenge of developing a research study virtually, as a group via Teams' meetings, the students excelled in demonstrating their strong grasp of qualitative research and original research ideas. Some of the fantastic posters for their module assessment are presented here.
Students took the module as part of their MSc programmes in Global Mental Health, Mental Health Studies, or Developmental Psychology and Psychopathology, and were invited to design research responding to one of the following:
1. To understand the experiences and needs of a vulnerable group
2. To develop and/or evaluate a new intervention for people with mental health problems
3. To understand the barriers and facilitators to accessing treatment / services / support
